How orders work
1. Pick your game and open its page.
2. Choose the currency or item, set the quantity, and add it to the cart.
3. At checkout enter your email, your country and your in-game character name.
4. Pay with card, Google Pay or another supported method.
5. We meet you in game and hand the goods over through a normal trade window.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are completed within 5-15 minutes of the payment clearing. If a server is out of stock we tell you before you pay, not after.
Do you log into my account?
Never. We do not ask for your password and we never log in to your account. Every delivery happens through a normal in-game trade with a real player character.
What are your opening hours?
Support is covered 24/7 through Discord and email.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver your order you get a full refund to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy page for details.
